Review the responsive session UI. Keep it neutral across agents and make the conversation feel closer to Amp.

The main conversation now reads as an Agent work log, not a person-to-person chat. Your prompts stay as compact blocks on the right; Agent output remains in the document flow.

The shared UI model is session-first:

  • Agent identity is metadata, not navigation hierarchy
  • tool activity is normalized into command, search, read, edit, test, and approval events
  • raw terminal output stays available in the Terminal surface

This web companion follows the same product model as iPhone, iPad, and macOS: device → workspace → session. Claude, Codex, Amp, and Droid remain interchangeable runtimes behind that session.
